Who love Quinoa? I been having Quinoa for few years now, and I absolutely love it! Beside all the health benefit of Quinoa, the texture is so fluffy and chewy. Very easy to fill you up with small portion. 

I love to make quinoa for Mr P, usually with salad or some hot dishes. This is one of my favourite, bell pepper and chicken with black pepper sauce. Very easy to make, healthy and delicious, perfect for pre-meal and lunch box!
