Cheese Mochi Balls 芝士麻糬波波

Lovely little mochi balls with cheese, crispy at the outside and chewy inside. very easy to make snack and perfect for any occasion.

These mochi balls are my favourite these days. Very cheesy and chewy mocha balls, very addictive. Try and I am sure kids will love it too!

這個可愛的芝士麻糬波波,可愛又QQ,充滿香濃芝士味,外脆內鬆軟。材料和做法都非常簡單,當下午茶點和派對小食,必定大受小朋友歡迎~

Mix the melted butter and egg,  then add in glutinous flour, salt, potato starch and grated cheese, mix well. 

Then gradually add in milk, mix it and form a dough. ( You may not need all milk, if the dough is too dry, add more milk)

Divide the dough into small pieces, roll into balls, then place on lined baking sheet. Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for about 20 minutes.

 

將溶化無鹽牛油和雞蛋拌勻,然後加入糯米粉、鹽、木薯粉和芝士粉拌勻。

逐少加入牛奶,搓成麵團 (未必需要用全部的牛奶,如麵團太乾,可加點牛奶,如太濕潤,加點糯米粉)

將麵團分成小份,搓圓,放在鋪有烘焙紙的烤盤上,放入已預熱180度焗爐,焗約20分鐘即成~

Ingredients
  1. 30 gram unsalted butter, melted
  2. 1 egg
  3. 70 gram glutinous flour
  4. 50 gram potato starch
  5. 40 parmesan cheese, grated
  6. 50 ml milk
  7. 8 gram salt

  11. 糯米粉 70克
  12. 木薯粉 50克
  13. Parmesan芝士粉 40克
  14. 牛奶 50毫升
  15. 鹽 8克
