Hibiscus Apple Tea 洛神花蘋果茶

Hibiscus tea are always my favourite, they are sour and full of health benefit. They can help lower blood pressure, cholesterol  and full of antioxidants. I love to add apple in hibiscus tea, add a little bit of sugar to make it less sour. It is very refreshing and delicious. Perfect for women!
 
泡一杯洛神花茶,酸甜美味又健康。洛神花有助抗氧化、防衰老,有助降血壓。再加入蘋果一起泡茶,更有助消脂,女士們不要錯過!
 
 
 
Rinse the dried hibiscus. Peel, core and chop the apple into small pieces. Add apple and hibiscus into boiling water.
 
Bring it to boil again, turn it to simmer and cook for 10 minutes. Then add little bit rock sugar, mix well and enjoy!
 
 
將洛神花乾用水沖一沖, 將蘋果去皮、去芯,切小塊,將蘋果和洛神花放入沸水內. 
 
再煮沸後,轉小火再煮10分鐘,最後加冰糖調味即成!

  • 15 hibiscus
  • 1 apple
  • 800 ml water
  • rock sugar

  • 15 洛神花乾
  • 1 蘋果
  • 800 毫升
  • 適量 冰糖
Instructions
