This is my THE most favourite noodles dish in the whole world!!!!! Every time I back to Hong Kong, I must have it from the local restaurants. Mind you, it is not just beef noodles, but THE beef noodles. The ingredients just beef, onion, bean sprouts and noodles. But it is soooo delicious with soy sauce, a taste of Hong Kong.

I love to cook it at home when I suddenly craving for beef noodles. It is so easy to make, but you have to buy the good quality of stir-fry beef. Simply with soy sauce, and in 15 minutes you will have an authentic Hong Kong style beef noodles. Faster than order take away and I am sure you will love it!

將河粉炒香,用豉油調味,再加入牛肉,簡單但超美味! 

要在異鄉吃到家鄉的味道,就要自己做囉!自己在家做,少油更健康,可加入自己喜歡的配料,簡單易做,15分鐘上桌,不用到香港也可吃到香港風味呢! 

Stir-fried Beef Noodles

Marinate the beef for 15 minutes. 

Heat oil in a wok, then stir-fry the beef quickly till half cooked, then transfer to a plate and set aside.

將牛肉橫紋切薄片,用醃料醃牛肉15分鐘。青蔥切段,洋蔥切絲備用。新鮮的河粉買回來後不用煮,直接下鑊炒便可。2015-07-15_23.23.51

Add the onion in a wok, cook for 3 minutes until soften. Then add bean sprouts and cook for 2 minutes.

熱鑊後下油,先快炒牛肉至半熟,然後盛起備用。再下少許油,先炒洋蔥至軟身。然後下芽菜炒兩分鐘。

Add the noodles and all the seasoning, quickly stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the beef and spring onion, cook for a minute, then it is done!

再下河粉及調味料拌勻,快炒兩分鐘,最後下牛肉及青蔥,再炒一分鐘即成!

Ingredients
  1. 150 gram stir-fry beef
  2. 350 gram rice noodles
  3. 1/2 onion, sliced
  4. 2 spring onions
  5. Bean Sprouts
For the Seasoning
  1. 2 tablespoons Light soy sauce
  2. 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  3. 1 teaspoon sugar
For the Marinate
  1. 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  2. 1 tablespoon corn starch
  3. 3 tablespoons water
  4. 1/2 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  5. 材料:
  6. 牛肉 -150克
  7. 河粉 -350克
  8. 洋蔥 -1/2 個
  9. 青蔥 -2條
  10. 芽菜 -適量
  11. 調味料:
  12. 生抽 -2湯匙
  13. 老抽 -1湯匙
  14. 糖 -1茶匙
  15. 醃料:
  16. 糖-1/4茶匙
  17. 粟粉 -1湯匙
  18. 水-3湯匙
  19. 老抽 -1/2湯匙
Instructions
  1. Marinate the beef for 30 minutes. Heat oil in hot wok, then cook the noodles until is hot, then set aside.
  2. Add little bit more oil, then stir-fry the beef quickly till half cooked, then transfer to a plate and set aside.
  3. Add the onion in a wok, cook for 3 minutes until soften. Then add bean sprouts and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the noodles and all the seasoning, quickly stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the beef and spring onion, cook for a minute, then it is done!
