Pizza Hut海鮮闊的條麵 Baked Seafood

Pizza Hut is my favourite when I was kid. Whenever there was a party, we always go to Pizza Hut or ordered pizza takeaway. It was such lovely memories. One of my favourite thing in Pizza hut has to be the pasta, especially this Baked Seafood Fettucine. It is such a small portion that we can only have one bite or so to taste, but it was sooo yummy.

Surprisingly in UK, there is no pasta dish in Pizza Hut, so Mr P didn’t understand why I am so happy about this pasta dish. But if you know, you know!

小時候每逢有慶祝活動,我們家都愛到Pizza Hut 或叫薄餅外賣。其中我最喜愛的就是海鮮闊條麵,份量非常少,每次都只吃到一兩啖,但就是覺得超美味!

英國的Pizza Hut 是沒有賣意粉的,所以Mr P完全不明白我為何這麼喜歡這個海鮮闊條麵!

自己做非常簡單,加什麼海鮮都可以,煮一大碟吃到夠!

Season frozen seafood with salt and pepper. Then cook with butter and set aside. I used already cooked seafood, so do not need to cook.

Cook the pasta according to the package instruction.

Add butter in a pan, cook until melted. Then add in flour, mix well and cook for a minute.

Add in milk, keep stirring. Cook until the sauce thicken to your desire.

Add in pasta and seafood, mix well. Add some parmesan cheese to taste.

Put the pasta in oven-proof a dish, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Pop in preheated oven at 200C , bake for 10-15 minutes or until the top is golden.

Sprinkle some paprika on top, enjoy!

先將海鮮用鹽和黑胡椒粉,下牛油,煮熟備用。我用現成已煮熟的海鮮,不用煮

煮沸一煲水,下鹽,按意粉包裝指示煮熟意粉,備用

下牛油,煮溶,然後下麵粉拌勻,煮一分鐘。

加入牛奶,一邊攪拌,用中小火煮至濃稠

下意粉和海鮮拌勻,加柏馬臣芝士碎

將意粉放入焗盤內,再在上面加上水牛芝士碎。放入已預熱200C焗爐,焗10-15分鐘或至表面金黃色即成!

Ingredients
  • 150 g Fettuccine 闊條麵
  • 250 g Frozen Seafood 急凍海鮮
  • 25 g butter 牛油
  • 25 g Plain Flour 中筋麵粉
  • 250 ml Milk or more to your desire 牛奶
  • Parmesan Cheese, to taste 巴馬臣芝士
  • Mozzarella Cheese , to taste 水牛芝士
  • Paprika , to taste 甜紅椒粉
