Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, cook the penne pasta and drain well.
Cut chicken into small pieces, add oil in pot pan and cook the onion until soften. Then cook the chicken until golden. Set aside.
Add butter in hot pan, cook until melted. Add in flour, mix it quickly. Add cream and bring it to boil, season with chicken powder and black pepper. Add shredded cheese and mix well. If the sauce is too thick, add some water.
Add chicken and sweetcorn, cook for 2 minutes and add pasta, mix well. Enjoy!
