Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in one egg, mix well. Sift in flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt. Mix well.
For the cinnamon sugar, mix sugar, cinnamon powder and chilli powder together.
Roll the dough into small balls, coat with cinnamon sugar and place on lined baking sheet. Pop in preheat oven at 200C, bake for 12 – 15 minutes. Let it cool completely and enjoy!
