Use the back of the knife or meat hammer to tenderise the meat, marinate it for 30 minutes. Add oil in hot pan, pan-fry it until cooked, set aside.
Add little bit more oil, cook the onion. Then add tomatoes and some water, bring it to boil, season with salt, sugar and tomato paste. When the tomatoes are tender, add in pork chops and cook for further 2 minutes. Enjoy!
