Ingredients
  • 1 bowl scallions
  • 220 g all-purpose flour
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 tsp chicken powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
  1. Mix flour, seasoning and water together. Then add in chopped scallions, mix well.

  2. Add oil in hot pan, add a spoonful of batter, pan-fry it on medium heat until both sides are golden. (about 3-4 minutes each side)
