Kimchi Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
  • 200 g macaroni
  • 250 g kimchi
  • bacon
  • 250 ml milk
  • 15 g flour
  • 250 g cheese (cheddar & parmesan)
  • bread crumbs
材料
  • 200 通心粉
  • 250 泡菜
  • 數片 煙肉
  • 250 毫升 牛奶
  • 15 中筋麵粉
  • 250 芝士碎(車打芝士+Parmesan 芝士)
  • 適量 麵包糠
Instructions
  1. Cook the macaroni and drain well. Pan-fry the bacons and cut into small pieces.

  2. Add oil in hot pan, cook the kimchi for a minute, then add in bacon. Add in flour to cook for a minute, then gradually add in milk, stir well. Bring it to boil under medium heat, then turn to low heat and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt, chicken powder and black pepper. 

  3. Add in cheese, cook until cheese are all melted. Add in macaroni , mix well. You can enjoy as it is! 

  4. Add the macaroni into a baking tin, sprinkle cheese and bread crumbs on top. Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 15 minutes or until cheese are melted and golden. Enjoy!
