Ingredients
  • 300 g chicken
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 100 g quinoa

Instructions
  1. For the quinoa, rinse the quinoa under water for 2 minutes, drain well. (*this can reduce the bitterness of quinoa.) Bring 200ml water to boil, add in quinoa, season with some salt or chicken powder. Bring it to boil, then simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, let it stand for 5 minutes.

  2. Then use a fork to fluff the quinoa gently. 

  3. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces, use some soy sauce, salt and sugar to marinate chicken for 20 minutes. Add oil in hot pan, cook the chicken until golden. 

  4. Then add in bell pepper, season with salt and pepper. Add little bit water, cook for two minutes or the pepper is slight soften. Enjoy!
