Ingredients
  • 400 g chicken
  • 1 egg
  • corn starch
  • white sesame seeds
Sauce
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • orange zest
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 30 ml water
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp corn starch
材料
  • 400 雞肉
  • 1 雞蛋
  • 生粉
  • 白芝麻
醬汁
  • 100 毫升 橙汁
  • 橙皮屑
  • 1 湯匙 白醋
  • 1 茶匙
  • 30 毫升
  • 1 茶匙 蒜蓉
  • 1 茶匙 薑蓉
  • 1 茶匙 生粉
Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces, use some soy sauce, salt and sugar to marinate the chicken for 30 minutes. 

  2. Dip the chicken into beaten egg, then coat with corn starch. Fry the chicken until fully cooked and golden. 

  3. For the orange sauce : Add all the seasonings (except corn starch) into a pan, cook under medium heat until boil, then add some water + corn starch, cook until the sauce is thicken. 

  4. Add in chicken into the sauce and mix well. Sprinkle with some white sesame seeds, enjoy!
