Ingredients
  • 300 g purple sweet potato
  • 20 g butter
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar (Optional)

  • 20 牛油
  • 2 湯匙 牛奶
  • 1 湯匙
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the purple sweet potato into small pieces. Then steam it under high heat for 15-20 minutes. Use a fork to mash it. 

  2. Then add in milk, sugar and butter, mix it until butter melted. (If the sweet potato is very sweet, you can skip the sugar)
