Ingredients
  • 150 g all-purpose flour
  • 15 g glutinous rice flour
  • 240 ml water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • chinese chives
  • dried shrimp
  • crab sticks
  • white pepper
材料
  • 150 中筋麵粉
  • 15 糯米粉
  • 240 毫升
  • 1 茶匙
  • 1 湯匙
  • 1/2 茶匙 麻油
  • 韭菜
  • 蝦米
  • 蟹柳
  • 白胡椒粉
Instructions
  1. Mix flour and glutinous flour together into a bowl. Then add in water, mix it until smooth. 

  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and seasoning, mix well. 

  3. Add oil in hot pan, add a ladle of batter, cook until medium heat until golden and crispy. Enjoy!
