Korean Pan-fried Tofu

Ingredients
  • 1 box tofu
  • white sesame seeds
  • spring onion
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp korean chilli flakes
材料
  • 1 豆腐
  • 白芝麻
  • 蔥花
醬汁
  • 2 湯匙 生抽
  • 2 茶匙 蒜蓉
  • 1 茶匙
  • 1 茶匙 麻油
  • 1 茶匙 韓式辣椒粉
Instructions
  1. Cut the tofu into thick slices, pad dry well.

  2. Add oil in hot pan, then add in tofu, cook under medium heat until both sides are golden. (Each side take about 5-7 minutes) 

  3. Mix all the sauce ingredient together. 

  4. Drizzle the sauce on top of tofu, sprinkle some white sesame seeds and spring onion. Enjoy!
