Ingredients
  • 1 box tofu
  • 100 g pork
  • 30 g hot pickled mustard
  • dried shrimps
材料
  • 1 豆腐
  • 100 豬肉
  • 30 榨菜
  • 少許 蝦米
Instructions
  1. Cut the pork into long strips, marinate with some soy sauce, sugar and corn starch for 20 minutes. 

  2. Cut the tofu into small pieces, put on the plate, then add meat, hot pickled mustard and dried shrimps on top. Steam under medium heat for 15 minutes.

  3. Simply sizzle some soy sauce on top. Enjoy!
