Simple Steamed Cake (Two Flavours)

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 65 g sugar
  • 120 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 60 ml milk
  • 45 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • chocolate chips

  • 45 毫升 蔬菜油
  • 120 中筋麵粉
  • 2 茶匙 泡打粉
  • 2 湯匙 可可粉
  • 巧克力碎
Instructions
  1. Beat egg and sugar together, then add in milk and vegetable oil, mix well.

  2. Sift in flour and baking powder, mix until smooth. 

  3. Divide the batter into two, add cocoa powder and chocolate chips in one portion of batter, mix well. 

  4. Pour the batter into ramekin, steam under medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked. Enjoy!
