Peel and grate the potatoes, then soak in a bowl of cold water for 10 minutes, drain well.
Add the shredded potatoes into a pan, cook under medium heat for 5 minutes, do not need to add any oil.
Mix all the ingredients together then shape it.
Add oil in a pan, half-fry the hash brown until golden. Enjoy!
