Ingredients
  • 2 Medium size potatoes
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • cheese

Instructions
  1. Peel and grate the potatoes, then soak in a bowl of cold water for 10 minutes, drain well.

  2. Add the shredded potatoes into a pan, cook under medium heat for 5 minutes, do not need to add any oil.

  3. Mix all the ingredients together then shape it.

  4. Add oil in a pan, half-fry the hash brown until golden. Enjoy!

  5. *For Baking: 200C for 40-45 mins

    * This recipe can make 5-6 hash brown
