Ingredients
  • 70 g quinoa
  • 80 g kimchi
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 2 spring onions
  • 30 g bread crumbs
  • 150 ml water
  • 15 g all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • salt, pepper to taste

  • 1 茶匙 蒜蓉
  • 2 青蔥
  • 30 麵包糠
  • 150 毫升
  • 15 中筋麵粉
  • 1/2 湯匙 生抽
  • 1 茶匙 麻油
  • 鹽、胡椒粉
Instructions
  1. Quinoa: Rinse the quinoa under water, then drain well. bring 150ml water to bring, add in quinoa, salt or chicken powder. After boil, then turn to simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let it set for 5 minutes. 

  2. Use a fork to separate the quinoa, make it fluffy. 

  3. Add in all ingredients and seasoning in a bowl, mix well. 

  4. Take out some quinoa, shape it like patties. Add oil in hot pan, cook the patties until both sides are golden. Enjoy!
