Ingredients
  • 350 g pork belly
  • 2 spring onions
  • 3 slices ginger
  • 2 tbsp five spice powder
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
Sauce
  • 1 tsp five spice powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp chill oil

  • 2 湯匙 五香粉
  • 1 湯匙 生抽
  • 1 茶匙
醬汁
  • 1 茶匙 五香粉
  • 1/2 茶匙
  • 1/2 茶匙
  • 1 湯匙
  • 1 湯匙 辣椒油
Instructions
  1. Cut the pork belly into small pieces. Add the meat, ginger, spring onion, soy sauce and five spice powder into a pot. Add water to just cover the meat. Bring it to boil, then turn to simmer for 45 minutes. I used pressure cooker, on high pressure for 15 minutes. 

  2. Add all the seasoning in a wok, cook it under medium heat. Then turn to low heat, add in cooked pork, mix well. Enjoy!
