Cut the pork belly into small pieces. Add the meat, ginger, spring onion, soy sauce and five spice powder into a pot. Add water to just cover the meat. Bring it to boil, then turn to simmer for 45 minutes. I used pressure cooker, on high pressure for 15 minutes.
Add all the seasoning in a wok, cook it under medium heat. Then turn to low heat, add in cooked pork, mix well. Enjoy!
