Ingredients
  • 120 g unsalted butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 130 g cake flour

  • 1 茶匙 雲尼拿香油
  • 1 茶匙 粟膠 (可省略)
  • 1/8 茶匙
  • 130 低筋麵粉
Instructions
  1. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in eggs, mix well. 

  2. Add in milk, corn syrup and vanilla extract, mix until well combined. Sift in flour, baking powder and salt, mix well. 

  3. Lightly butter the cake tin, pour in the batter, pop in preheated oven at 160C, bake for about 45-50 minutes or until fully cooked.
