Ingredients
  • 20 spring roll wrappers
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 pack vermicelli noodles
  • 5 shiitake mushrooms
  • 20 g black fungus
  • 1/4 cabbage
材料
  • 20 春卷皮
  • 1/2 紅蘿蔔
  • 1 粉絲
  • 5 冬菇
  • 20 木耳
  • 1/4 椰菜
Instructions
  1. Thinly slice all the ingredients, soak the vermicelli noodles in water until softened. 

  2. Add oil in hot pan, cook all the ingredients until softened, season with some salt, chicken powder, soy sauce and sugar. Set aside. 

  3. Add about a tablespoon of filling in the middle of the wrapper, roll it from the bottom, then fold the sides. Brush some beaten egg at the edge then stick it together. 

  4. Add the spring rolls in hot oil, cook until golden. Enjoy!
