Ingredients
  • 26 g gelatine
  • 300 ml water
  • 200 ml milk
  • 80 g sugar
  • 2 tsp almond extract
  • 1 can mixed fruit

Instructions
  1. Use 50ml water mix with the gelatine, mix well. Add the rest of the water and milk in a saucepan, bring it to simmer then add in sugar. Cook until sugar dissolved then add in gelatine and almond extract.

  2. Pour into a container, let it cool then chill in fridge for at least 4 hours. Cut into small pieces and serve with canned mixed fruit.
