Ingredients
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 red & green bell pepper
  • 4 tomatoes
  • chill flakes
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp ground coriander
  • 3-4 eggs
材料
  • 半個 洋蔥
  • 1 茶匙 蒜蓉
  • 半個 紅 & 青椒
  • 4 蕃茄
  • 適量 辣椒碎
  • 1/2 茶匙 紅椒粉
  • 1/4 茶匙 小茴香粉
  • 1/4 茶匙 芫荽粉
  • 3-4 雞蛋
Instructions
  1. Add oil in hot pan, cook the onion till softened, then add in minced garlic, green & red bell pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. 

  2. Add in tomato and all the spices, salt and black pepper. Bring it to boil, then simmer for 5 minute. 

  3. Use a spoon to make a hole, then add in eggs. Cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes under medium low heat. (* cook the eggs according to your liking). Sprinkle with some coriander, enjoy!
