Add sago into a large pot of boiling water, cover the lid. Cook for 15 minutes, remove from heat then let it set for 10 minutes. Then put the sago under the water, drain well.
Cut one mango and pomelo into pieces. Blend the rest of the mango into puree.
Bring the water to boil, add in sugar until dissolve. Add in coconut cream and evaporated milk, mix well and chill in fridge.
Add in sago, pomelo and mango. Enjoy!
