Non-Spicy Mapo Tofu

Ingredients
  • 150 g minced pork
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 1 box tofu
  • 2 spring onions
Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp corn starch
材料
  • 150 免治豬肉
  • 150 磨菇
  • 1 豆腐
  • 2 青蔥
調味料
  • 2 湯匙 蠔油
  • 1 湯匙 生抽
  • 1 茶匙
  • 1 茶匙 麻油
  • 1 茶匙 生粉
Instructions
  1. Add oil in a hot pan, cook the minced pork. Then add in mushrooms and cook until softened. 

  2. Add all the seasoning (except corn starch), bring the sauce to boil . Add tofu and cook for 2 more minutes.

  3. Finally add corn starch + water until the sauce get thickened. Sprinkle some spring onions then is done! Enjoy!
