Put sesame seeds in a wok (no oil needed), cook under medium low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Beat the egg white until foamy, add in sugar, mix well. Add melted butter, then sift in flour, mix until well combined.
Add sesame seeds, mix well. Then add one tablespoon batter on lined baking sheet. Use fork to level it, pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden. Enjoy!
