For the quinoa, the ratio is 1:2 quinoa to water. Rinse the quinoa, then add in boiling water. Season with some salt or chicken powder. Bring it to boil again, then simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let it rest for 4 minutes. Use fork to separately the quinoa.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and black pepper. Add all the seasoning, mix well.
