Ingredients
  • 200 g fish fillet
  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • white pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
材料
  • 200 魚肉
  • 20 黃色燒賣皮
  • 1 茶匙
  • 2 湯匙 生粉
  • 少許 白胡椒粉
  • 1 茶匙 麻油
Instructions
  1. Cut the fish meat into small pieces, then add the seasoning and mix it until sticky. (I used frozen fish fillet. 

  2. Put about a tablespoon filling in the middle of wrapper, then wrap it

  3. Put the siu mai on the plate, steam under high heat for 8 minutes. Enjoy!
