Ingredients
  • 2 egg whites
  • 40 g sugar
  • 200 g shredded coconut

Instructions
  1. Beat the egg whites until foamy, then add in sugar, mix well. Add in shredded coconut, mix until combined.

  2. Add about one tablespoons batter (or as big as you like) on lined baking sheet. Pop in preheated oven at 160C, bake for 16-18 minutes or until slight golden on the surface.
