Ingredients
  • 1 portion pie crust
  • 150 g bacon
  • 2 leek
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 80 g cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. For the filling: add some oil in hot pan, cook the cubed bacon for 3 minutes. Add in leek, season with salt and pepper. Cook until leek is softened, set aside.

  2. Add the filling into pie shell, add in cheese.

  3. In a bowl, mix eggs and cream together, season with 1 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Pour the mixture into the pie shell and sprinkle more cheese on top.

  4. Pop in preheated oven at 160C, bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is set and golden.
