Ingredients
  • 800 g chicken
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp ginger, minced
  • 200 ml coconut cream
  • 240 ml yogurt
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 bay leaves

  • 800 雞肉
  • 1 洋蔥,切碎
  • 2 茶匙 蒜蓉
  • 2 茶匙 薑蓉
  • 240 毫升 乳酪
  • 200 毫升 椰漿
  • 3 湯匙 茄膏
  • 3 湯匙 咖喱粉
  • 1 茶匙 辣椒粉
  • 1/2 茶匙 肉桂粉
  • 2 月桂葉
Instructions
  1. Add oil in hot pan, cook onion until softened, then add in curry powder, chilli powder, cinnamon powder and bay leaf, cook for a minute. If is too dry, add more oil.

  2. Add in yogurt, coconut cream and tomato paste, mix well.

  3. Add in chicken, cook under medium heat, bring it to boil. Then turn to simmer for 25 minutes. Season with salt and sugar, enjoy!
