Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 60 ml milk
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 80 g sugar
  • 40 g melted unsalted butter
  • 2.5 g baking powder
  • 150 g glutinous rice flour

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix egg, milk, coconut milk and melted butter together.

  2. Then add in glutinous rice flour, sugar an baking powder, mix until smooth.

  3. Brush some melted butter in muffin tin, then pour in batter. Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for about 45 minutes. Enjoy!
