Ingredients
  • 60 g bacon
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 160 g all-purpose flour
  • 6 g baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 80 g cheddar cheese
  • 110 ml milk
  • 40 g melted butter
Instructions
  1. Mix milk, melted butter and eggs together.

  2. In a large box, mix flour, baking powder, salt, cheese and bacon together.

  3. Then add in the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.

  4. Evenly put the batter into muffin tins, pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 22-25 minutes.
