Ingredients
  • 6 Eggs
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 40 ml mirin
  • 60 ml sake/ water
Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of water to boil, then add in eggs. Cook in medium heat without lid on. If you want soft-boiled egg, cook for 4 minutes, half-boiled for 5-6 minutes and hard-boiled egg for 7 minutes.

  2. Take the eggs out and immediately put in a bowl of ice water. Then crack and peel the eggs.

  3. Mix all the seasoning in a bowl or ziplog bag, add in eggs and chill in fridge for at least 12 hours. Enjoy!
