Ingredients
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 150 g mushroom
  • 150 g spinach
  • 100 g bacon
  • 6-8 eggs
  • 50 ml milk
  • 60 g cheese
Instructions
  1. Add oil in hot pan, cook the onion until softened. Then add in bacon, mushrooms, red pepper, season with salt and pepper.

  2. In a large bowl, mix eggs and milk together. Season with salt and pepper. Add in cheese and all the ingredient, mix well.

  3. Pour everything into a baking tin, pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 30 – 35 minutes.
