Mix flour, sugar and baking powder together in a big bowl. Then add in cubed butter (Cold butter). Crumble the butter with the flour.
Then add in egg and raisin to form a dough. If a dough too dry, add some milk, too wet, add some flour)
Roll the dough into 1 cm thin, then cut into circles.
Add some butter in a hot pan, then put the dough in. Cook under medium low heat, for about 3 to 4 minutes each side, or until golden. Sprinkle sugar on top. Enjoy!
*This recipe can make about 16 cakes. Can store in air-tight box for a week.
