Ingredients
  • 110 g unsalted butter
  • 115 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 110 g all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 30 ml milk
  • 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Cream the butter and sugar for one minute. Then add in eggs, mix well.

  2. Sift in flour, salt and baking powder. Then add in milk, mix until well combined.

  3. Pour the batter into lined baking tin, pop in preheated oven at 170C, bake for 18 to 20 minutes. (Pay attention during 18 minute)

  4. *this recipe can make about 8 cupcakes
