Ingredients
  • 110 g unsalted butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 bananas (medium)
  • 190 g all-purpose flour
  • 5 g baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 150 g chopped walnut
Instructions
  1. Cream the butter and sugar until pale, then add in egg and mashed banana. Mix well.

  2. Sift in flour, baking soda and salt, mix well. Then in chopped walnut (Bake in 160C oven for 10 minutes)

  3. Pour the batter in lined baking tin, add some walnut on top. Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for about 55 minutes to 1 hour, or until the cake is fully cooked.

    *If your banana not ripe enough, pop the banana(with skin on) in 150C oven, bake for about 15-25 minutes(depends how ripe your bananas are)
