Ingredients
  • 120 g cake flour
  • 30 g unsalted butter
  • 2 g sugar
  • 1.5 g salt
  • 80-100 ml water
Instructions
  1. Mix flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Then add in 80ml water, mix into a dough. If the dough is too dry, continue to add some water) 

  2. Knead the dough for 2 minutes. The dough will not be smooth, but it is ok. Use cling film to cover, leave it for 1 hour. 

  3. Divide the dough into 2, place one piece of dough on the parchment paper, roll into around 1/8 inch thickness (the thinner the crispier). 

  4. Cut the dough into square, and use toothpick to prick some holes. 

  5. Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 10-15 minutes, or until pale golden colour. If your dough is thicker, need more time to bake 

  6. *This recipe can make about 15 crackers (30 pcs square)

    *Store the crackers in air-tight box, can keep for 3-5 days
