  • 280 g raw almond
Instructions
  1. Bake the raw almond at 170C, bake for 10 minutes. This can help almond release the oil and flavour, easier to blend.

  2. Let the almond cool down a little bit, then blend it into almond butter.

  3. At first it will look like some powder, continue to blend until smooth.
