Ingredients
  • 120 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 130 g cake flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 30 ml milk
Instructions
  1. Beat the butter and sugar until pale and fluffy, then add in eggs, mix well. 

  2. Sift in flour and baking powder, mix well. Add in milk, mix till well combined. 

  3. Pour/ pipe the mixture into lined cake tins, pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 15-18 minutes. Enjoy! 

  4. *This recipe can make around 30 mini cakes. You can also bake in bigger tin, which need longer time to bake. 

    * Store the cakes in airtight box, can keep for 3 to 4 days
