Soak the chickpeas for 12 hours, then drain well. Put all the ingredients, salt and pepper into a food processor, blend it well
Chill the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes
Take out a small portion then roll into ball. Fry in hot oil for about 2 minutes. Enjoy!
*This recipe can make about 24 falafels. Do not use tinned chickpea, cause it cooks and it is hard to shape
