Ingredients
  • 400 g Chickpea
  • 1 Onion
  • 5 gloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 25 g Parsley
Instructions
  1. Soak the chickpeas for 12 hours, then drain well. Put all the ingredients, salt and pepper into a food processor, blend it well

  2. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes

  3. Take out a small portion then roll into ball. Fry in hot oil for about 2 minutes. Enjoy!

  4. *This recipe can make about 24 falafels. Do not use tinned chickpea, cause it cooks and it is hard to shape
