Ingredients
  • 4 Apples
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 50 ml Rum
  • 120 g All-Purpose Flour
  • 4 g Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 120 g Melted Butter
Instructions
  1. Peel, cord the apples, and cut into small pieces. Mix with lemon juice, set aside.

  2. Beat the egg until foamy, then add in sugar and mix well.

  3. Sift in flour, salt and baking powder. Mix well. Add in apple, mix well.

  4. Pour the batter into baking tin, pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for about 50 minutes to 1 hour. Let it cool a bit, then sift in icing sugar. Serve with vanilla ice-cream or Crème fraîche. Enjoy!
