Ingredients
  • Scallion
  • 220 g All-Purpose Flour
  • 150 ml Hot Water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Oil, for brushing
Instructions
  1. Mix flour and salt in a large bowl, then gradually add in hot water to form a dough.

  2. Sprinkle some flour on worktop, then knead the dough for 5 minutes or until smooth. Place it in a plastic bag or cover with cling film, let it rest for 30 minutes.

  3. Divide the dough into 6 pieces, roll it into cylinder, then roll it into a disc. Then roll again into a long shape, brush some oil and sprinkle the scallion on top. Roll it into cylinder, then roll it into a disc. Flatten it into flat circle.

  4. Add some oil in a pan, then place the pancake in it and cook under medium heat, for about 3 to 4 minutes, or until golden. Enjoy!
