Ingredients
Biscuit Base
  • 190 g Digestive Biscuits
  • 90 g Melted Butter
Pie
  • 4 Egg Yolks
  • 400 g Condensed Milk
  • 160 ml Lime Juice
  • Lime Zest
Decoration
  • 180 ml Whipping Cream
Instructions
  1. For the pie base: Crush the biscuits into crumbs, mix with melted butter. Place evenly in a pie tin, press it hard. Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool down.

  2. In another bowl, mix egg yolks and condensed milk together. Then add in lime juice and lime zest, mix until well-combined. Then pour into a pie tin. Pop in 160C oven, bake for about 15 minutes. Let it cool completely then chill in fridge for at least 5 hours to set.

  3. You can add some whipped cream for decoration. Enjoy!
