Bring a pot of water to boil, boil the walnuts for 2 minutes, drain it.
Boil 100 ml of water with sugar, cook until dissolved, add the maltose and mix well. Add in walnuts and make sure all walnuts coat with syrup.
Then fry it in hot oil for about 3 to 4 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with white sesame , serve when is cooled.
Easily store in an airtight container for 2 week.
