Soak the dried longan & goji berries in hot water for 10 minutes, then cut the longan into small pieces. Drain well.
Cream the butter and sugar, then add in one egg, mix until combine.
Sieve in flour & baking powder, mix well.
Add in longan and goji berries, mix well.
Divide the batter into lined baking tin. Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for about 15-18 minutes. Enjoy!
