Almond Puff Pastry Fingers

Ingredients
  • 1 puff pastry 現成酥皮
  • 2 tbsp egg white 蛋白
  • 80 g icing sugar 糖霜
  • 70 g almond flakes 杏仁片
Instructions
  1. Mix the egg white and icing sugar together into paste

  2. Brush the egg white paste evenly on the puff pastry.Put the almond flakes on top of the puff pastry, press it

  3. Cut into small pieces and place it on lined baking tray

  4. Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden
