In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Then add in eggs, mix well.
Sift in cake flour and baking powder, mix until well combine. Add in milk, mix well.
Add the batter into lined cupcake tin, put in some raisins and cherries. Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden. Enjoy!
