Ingredients
  • 180 g Butter 牛油
  • 150 g Sugar 糖
  • 3 Eggs 雞蛋
  • 195 g Cake Flour 低筋麵粉
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder 泡打粉
  • 45 ml Milk 牛奶
  • Raisins & Cherries 提子乾/車厘子
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Then add in eggs, mix well.

  2. Sift in cake flour and baking powder, mix until well combine. Add in milk, mix well.

  3. Add the batter into lined cupcake tin, put in some raisins and cherries. Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden. Enjoy!
